In kundalini yoga, we say that most of the work of raising and uplifting the child happens in the womb. “Our children are actually raised within those nine months of pregnancy and development. Those are very important days of life of the child." We also believe that the mother’s vibratory frequency has a tremendous effect on the soul she will attract for the baby she will birth.
This package is a unique coaching experience addressed to either pregnant mothers or expecting couple. It is a journey of profound connection to the self, your intuition, your baby and your partner if you decide to opt for the couple package.
As your coach, I am here to celebrate you and the instinctual and perceptive essence of this miraculous experience that is pregnancy. My aim is to nurture the deep bond between you and your baby, to give you tools and practices for an optimal pregnancy, to empower you in your role as a mother and to celebrate this highest purpose you are taking on.
The tools and modalities I work with are anchored in yogic science, re-wildering motherhood philosophy, and the midwifery model of care.
All pregnancy packages include one or more ceremony, depending on how far along in the pregnancy you are when we start working together. This is because the 120th day ceremony is meant to happen on the 120th day after the conception, so in the begging of the second trimester. In any case, there will be a mother’s blessing towards the end of the pregnancy, to bless your upcoming labor and childbirth.
